| We are pleased to introduce ourselves as specialists in self-catering accommodation, mainly in the Belsize Park area of North West London (Zone 2) with approximately 300 rooms and studios. The Belsize Park area is one of the nicest areas in London which boasts many tree lined avenues and the “Hampstead Heath” is a mere 30 minute walk away.
We offer value for money for our short term rooms to let in London, which are clean, comfortable and well located. Our short term let guests come from all parts of the country and many return with many more recommending us to others, hence our low advertising budget for our short term properties to let. All of our short term let rooms/studios have hot water and central heating and some are en suite (shower & toilet). Each short term let room contains a kitchen corner with sink unit, electric hob and oven, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, crockery, cutlery, cooking pans and of course duvets, pillows and bed linen. We have colour televisions in each short term let room with the normal BBC programs. We regret we do not provide towels or toiletries in the rooms. Access to your room is all day and night. The cost on the price tariff is per week per self catering room, and if staying longer than 1 week additional nights are pro rata per night. Tenants will be responsible for the Council Tax and Water Rates if applicable. Private telephones for incoming calls only are in each self catering room in all properties, and launderette systems are in some of the buildings.
All self catering accommodation is close to Central London, buses, underground (tube), trains and good shopping centres. We are approximately 15 to 20 minutes from Central London via the underground. For a stay of up to three weeks in our self catering short term let rooms, we need a £50 reservation deposit (refundable) payable in advance to secure a room/studio and the full rent is then payable on arrival. For longer stays the £50 reservation deposit is still required but an additional £250 (refundable) will be payable on arrival and rent can then be paid weekly. It is very important to let us know your time of arrival when you return the booking form. If it is to be outside office hours, you must telephone us 1 to 2 days before arrival so we can give you instructions and arrange to leave a letter with full details of your address (see our local map) together with the key to your self catering accommodation. You can come and see us the following day when the office is open.
In the event of a cancellation more than 21 days ahead of arrival, a full refund will be given. Less than this period will be at the discretion of the Management. We reserve the right to charge further if the short term let room cannot be sold for subsequent nights. If you decide not to stay with us please enjoy your stay in London anyway (it really is a lovely city) and keep our telephone number with you so that if the accommodation you have selected is not all that you desire you can still contact us.
