How to Book your Accommodation
For a stay of up to two weeks we need a £100 reservation deposit (refundable) payable in advance to secure a studios and the full rent is then payable on arrival.
For longer stays the £100 reservation deposit is still required but an additional £500 (refundable) will be payable on arrival and rent can then be paid weekly.
Deposits must be made either by Credit/Debit Card or Sterling Cheque from the Post Office or bank and should be made payable to WELBY LTD.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT BANK TRANSFERS
Alternatively if paying by Credit/Debit Card we need to know:
1) The number on the card, start date, expiry date & security code (Last 3 digits on back of card).
2) Name of the account holder and signature as shown on the card.
3) Address to which the monthly statement is sent.

Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way.
Welby Limited takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.
ARRIVAL AND ACCESS
Office hours are: Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Sunday – The office is closed
It is very important to let us know your time of arrival when you return the booking form. If it is to be outside office hours, you must telephone us 1 to 2 days before arrival so we can give you instructions and arrange to leave a letter with full details of your address (see our local map) together with the key to your accommodation. You can come and see us the following day when the office is open.
In the event of a cancellation more than 14 days ahead of arrival, a full refund will be given. Less than this period will be at the discretion of the Management.
