What is a serviced apartment?
A serviced apartment is a residential domicile that is let or rented out on a nightly basis in the same way as a hotel room. It is usually fully furnished and comes with a fully functioning kitchen with appliances and cooking utilities. It is known as a serviced apartment because it has all practicalities such as water and heating as part of the deal and is fully cleaned with fresh linens and towels on a regular basis.
Who is a serviced apartment suitable for?
Our London serviced apartments are suitable for anyone; families, businessmen or small traveller groups alike.
Do you have different rooms for different budgets?
What is the minimum reservation period?
Periods of stay can start as little as just one or two nights. Contact us to find out more about minimum stay periods.
What furnishings can I expect?
The apartment will be fully furnished with everything you need to be comfortable, including beds, sofas, chairs and tables.
What equipment/appliances can I expect?
As a self-catering apartment in London, your studio will come with a colour television and a kitchen with cookers, a kettle, cutlery, crockery and other such necessities for you to prepare your own meals.
Will there be bedding and towels?
Yes, all bedding, pillows, linen and towels are provided as part of the service and are regularly cleaned and changed.
What is included in the cost of the stay?
Included in all costs will be the rental of the accommodation, a weekly maid service if staying more than a week, heating and electricity and television. Some items such as outgoing telephone calls and Internet may be additional to these costs.
What is included in the welcome pack?
Included in our guest welcome pack are towels and toiletries as well as one hour’s free internet use.

Is there a deposit?
Yes. For a stay of up to two weeks we need a £100 refundable reservation deposit. For longer stays, the £100 reservation is still required with an additional refundable deposit of £500.
How do I Pay?
Deposits must be made either by debit or credit card or Sterling Cheque from the Post Office or bank.
